DevInfoRwanda Database contains one dataset which consists of 2,786 data entries for 361 indicators organized by EDPRS Objectives/MDGs and 10 sectors (Agriculture, Demography, Economy, Education, Environment, Health, Information and Communication, Nutrition, Protection, and Women).
Data are available at national and provincial level and for selected indicators also at the district level, mainly for the period 1974 - 2011. Data are derived from 21 different sources, mostly publications from National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda, Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and United Nations Statistics Division (prior to 1992). Metadata explaining the definition, methodology and source of indicators, is also available.
The digital map library contains shape files to visualize data at national, provincial and district level and sector level. As the boundaries of five provinces were changed in 2005, the library incorporates provincial maps according to new demarcations.
